Case History: Product Development

  • A top 10 supermarket developed a new premium private label brand.

  • Edelweiss presented multiple variations of a frozen chocolate enrobed mini pastry concept in a plain white carton to the buyer.

  • Three products were finalized and added to the product line. Within 60 days of their introduction, one of the Edelweiss products became the #4 seller out of 300 SKUs in the private label brand.
