Chocolate Melt-In-Your-Mouth Enrobing Process

Edelweiss has the ability to produce high-volume pure chocolate enrobed desserts. We use pure tempered chocolate that provides the melt-in-your-mouth experience associated with fine European chocolate. We can enrobe almost anything. Some examples of things we have done include: cheesecake bites, flourless chocolate cake bites, full-sized dinner pastries, even banana slices.
Thermoform Packaging Guarantees Product Quality

Edelweiss pastries are nestled in a thermoplastic form that is overwrapped and slipped inside a printed carton. This protects the pieces from damage during shipping and handling so when the consumer opens the package, she finds what she expects - a product that looks exactly like the images on the carton.
